Operations Leader for Nonprofit Vet Clinic & Store
Kaizen Lab Inc.
AnimalKind is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our Community Veterinary Clinic and ReTails Thrift Store. You will work closely with the Executive Director, Medical Director, and ReTails Manager to ensure smooth operations, excellent client service, sound financial management, regulatory compliance, and a positive workplace culture. This hands-on leadership role covers clinic operations (roughly 60%), ReTails (20%), and administrative/financial/HR duties (20%). #J-18808-Ljbffr Kaizen Lab Inc.
