Controller | Manufacturing & Job Costing

We’re looking for a hands‑on Controller who loves digging into the details while helping drive the bigger financial picture. This role is perfect for someone with strong manufacturing accounting and job costing experience who can own month‑end close, financial reporting, forecasting, and cash flow management in a fast‑paced, lean environment. What You’ll Do Own accounting operations and month‑end close Manage budgeting, forecasting, and reporting Support manufacturing job costing and inventory accounting Improve processes and help lead future ERP initiatives Partner closely with leadership on business decisions What We’re Looking For 5+ years in accounting leadership Manufacturing and cost accounting expertise Experience with forecasting and financial analysis Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a growing business Bonus Points ERP implementation experience (NetSuite/Dynamics) CPA or CMA Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments #J-18808-Ljbffr
