Job Description

Oconomowoc Lake Club in Oconomowoc, WI is looking for bussers, 16 years of age or older to join our team. We are located on 4668 Lake Club Circle. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and engaged.

This job is perfect for first-time job seekers, high school students, or anyone looking to get into the serving industry. General part time Fall & Winter hours are 4:30pm - 9:30pm, Thursday - Saturday, and some events on an occasional Sundays.

Responsibilities

Clear tables of dishes, cups, utensils and drinkware after each member
Reset tables, fold napkins and assist servers when needed
Polish drinkware glasses
Pour and Refill still & sparkling water as necessary
Maintain a clean and sanitary bussing station

Qualifications

Ability to communicate and listen to team members and guests
Dedication to working as a team towards one goal
Great customer service skills
Experience as a busser is a plus, will train motivated staff
