Nurse Practitioner | Hospitalist (Vernon)

Position Details The Nurse Practitioner (NP) will work as part of an interdisciplinary team, collaborating with Hospitalists, General Practitioners, and Nurse Practitioners to manage the care of a designated group of inpatients. The NP will be responsible for directing clinical care, engaging in both short‑term and long‑term planning in collaboration with the inter‑professional team, and coordinating transitions of care. This is a 1.0 Full‑Time Equivalent temporary position until January 4, 2027.
