Today, we are a congregation of about 800 baptized members, with an average weekly worship attendance of 200. About Our Position Christus Lutheran Church is seeking a full-time Lead Pastor to succeed our current pastor, who will retire on June 1, 2027, after 20 years of dedicated service to our congregation and community. Following the call of a new Lead Pastor, our current pastor will transition to an Associate Pastor role and remain available thru May 30, 2027, to help provide a smooth and supportive transition. The ideal candidate is an LCMC-certified pastor with at least five years of pastoral experience, a strong grasp of Lutheran theology, and a demonstrated ability to provide both spiritual and administrative leadership. Our Lead Pastor will faithfully adhere to the LCMC Statement of Faith and Ministry Standards, lead with a servant's heart, and demonstrate maturity, integrity, and a deep commitment to Christ and his Church. We value a pastor who is grounded in prayer and Scripture, communicates God's Word clearly, cares for souls, and equips God's people for ministry. About Our Community Located in northeastern Wisconsin, Clintonville is a welcoming small-town community of approximately 4,500 residents that offers a relaxed quality of life while providing convenient access to larger metropolitan areas, including Appleton, Green Bay, and Wausau, all within an hour's drive.
