Overview HR Operations & Global Payroll Specialist — Atlanta, GA | Full-Time | Hybrid This is an exciting opportunity with a growing medical device company operating in a highly specialised, regulated environment, supporting advanced surgical and clinical applications. The organisation has developed a commercially validated platform and is now entering a key growth phase, with plans to scale operations globally over the next few years. I’m hiring an HR Operations & Global Payroll Specialist to take ownership of payroll coordination, benefits administration, and core HR operations across both U.S. and international employee populations. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you will sit at the centre of HR operations, working closely with leadership to ensure payroll accuracy, process consistency, and compliance across a multi-country workforce.
