Responsibilities: Assist customers in selecting, leasing, and purchasing vehicles Conduct professional product presentations and test drives Follow up with internet, phone, and showroom leads Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline management Achieve monthly sales and customer satisfaction goals Develop repeat and referral business Deliver a professional and efficient buying experience Qualifications: Sales experience is required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Sales-driven and goal-oriented mindset Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Strong follow-up and organizational skills Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends Valid driver's license Automotive sales experience is preferred, but motivated candidates with strong sales or customer service backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
