NOW HIRING – PROPERTY MANAGER
Location: Port Arthur, TX 77642
Pay: $25.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
ASAP Personnel is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join an apartment community in the Port Arthur area!
Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily property operations
• Manage budgets and financial performance
• Supervise onsite staff and vendors
• Increase occupancy and resident retention
• Monitor delinquency and collections
• Ensure regulatory compliance
• Approve contracts and invoices
• Conduct property inspections
• Prepare owner reports
• Manage capital improvement projects
Qualifications:
Apartment industry experience required
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Valid driver's license (if applicable)
Experience with Yardi, OneSite, Entrata, or MRI is a plus
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
