This role involves working in a dynamic medical-surgical environment, providing care to a diverse patient population. Key Responsibilities of the RN - Stepdown - Travel

• Provide high-quality care to step-down patients with medical diagnoses
• Manage a patient load of up to 6 for med-surg or 3 for step-down care
• Titrate medications including heparin, insulin, and other critical drips as per orders
• Collaborate with charge RNs and Clinical Associates to ensure optimal patient care
• Utilize EPIC for accurate charting and documentation

Requirements of the RN - Stepdown - Travel

• Registered Nurse with active RN license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (AHA)
• Experience with EPIC charting system
• Competency in managing titratable drips
