Patient Experience & Scheduling Specialist

Cleveland Clinic Akron General Hospital's Bath Health and Wellness Center is seeking a Patient Service Specialist. You will deliver an exceptional experience to patients, families and visitors from arrival to departure.
Responsibilities include scheduling, pre-registration, MyChart enrollment, visit preparations and triage. Ideal candidates have strong customer service, basic math for co-pays and familiarity with Windows PC applications.
