Valet Driver - Four Seasons Miami

Valet Attendant Position

We are seeking a service-oriented Bellman/Valet to join our team. In this role, you will provide a seamless arrival and departure experience by assisting guests with luggage transportation and escorting them to their rooms in a professional and friendly manner. Your primary goal is to ensure the safety of guest belongings and deliver top-tier hospitality from the moment they arrive until they depart.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting guests with luggage transportation and escorting them to their rooms
• Ensuring the safety of guest belongings
• Delivering top-tier hospitality

Pay rate is 10.98 + tips. The position is located at Four Seasons - Miami, with a strong preference for candidates available for PM shifts and weekends.

Requirements include:

• Previous experience in customer service is a plus
• Ability to provide accurate information to customers and co-workers, and respond professionally to customer problems or complaints
• Ability to read, write, add, and subtract U.S. currency, and to comprehend instructions, emails, and memos
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and calmly adapt to changes, delays, and unexpected events
• Flexibility to work special shifts as needed, including 2nd shift, 3rd shift, and/or weekends

Qualifications include:

• Previous experience as a Valet is a plus
• Ability to safely drive a vehicle with a manual transmission (stick shift) is a plus
• Must have a valid state driver's license, a current address, and an acceptable driving record
• Must provide proof of eligibility to work legally in the U.S. (valid documentation required if hired)

Physical demands and work environment include:

• Regularly required to stand, walk, use hands to handle or feel, talk, and listen
• Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs
• Regular exposure to outside weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold
• Must be safety-conscious at all times while working in and around potentially dangerous traffic situations
• Regular exposure to high levels of noise and/or vehicle fumes
