What You'll Do

• Assemble and package catheter products and components
• Work with small parts using microscopes, tweezers, and precision tools
• Follow GMP, GDP, and quality procedures
• Complete production documentation and records
• Rotate between workstations and support different stages of production
• Operate equipment used in catheter manufacturing processes
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while following safety guidelines

What We're Looking For

• Previous assembly, manufacturing, production, packaging, inspection, or related experience is a plus, but not required
• Catheter assembly, medical device assembly, or cleanroom experience is helpful but not required
• Comfortable working with small parts and performing detailed, repetitive tasks
• Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination
• Ability to follow written work instructions and quality standards
• Willingness to learn new skills and work in a team-oriented environment
• Basic reading, writing, and documentation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment

Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Santa Clara, CA.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.40/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms. If eligible, the benefits available for this temporary role may include the following:
