Compensation
- Income Base Pay: $40,000 Base salary + Commission
- Expected Pay Range: $50,000-$150,000

What Your Day Looks Like
As an Outside Sales Representative, you will:
- Engage with customers and build strong, lasting relationships
- Recommend agricultural equipment and solutions based on customer needs
- Stay informed on John Deere products, competitive brands, equipment values, incentive programs, and financing options
- Develop effective sales plans and outreach strategies
- Conduct field equipment demonstrations and assist with operator training
- Oversee equipment delivery and ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with management to support growth and maintain competitive positioning
- Monitor agricultural trends to stay ahead of customer needs

Are You the Right Fit?
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with computers and online tools
- Strong math skills
- Ability to work flexible hours and weekends
- Ability to safely operate, hook up, secure, and transport equipment
- Ability to lift 40 lbs
Preferred:
- 3+ years of account management or equipment sales experience
- Bachelor's degree in business or agriculture
- Willingness to learn - we will train highly motivated candidates
