Director of Corporate Accounting

SNI Financial

Ready to lead a team and shape how corporate accounting operates? This opportunity combines technical accounting, financial reporting, and team leadership with the ability to drive automation and process improvements. What you’ll lead: Corporate accounting and month-end reporting across fixed assets, leases (ASC 842), debt, cash, self-insurance, derivatives, stock compensation, and equity transactions. Journal entries, account reconciliations, and corporate department financial reviews, ensuring compliance with GAAP and internal policies. Budgeting, forecasting, trend analysis, and financial analyses for executive leadership. Technical accounting research and application for complex transactions. Internal controls, accounting procedures, automation, and process improvements. Coaching and development of the Corporate Accounting team. What we’re looking for: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. Active CPA license required. 7+ years of accounting or financial reporting experience with increasing responsibility. Big 4 public accounting experience is a plus. Oracle, Hyperion, and AMT/MRI lease software experience strongly preferred.
