If you thrive in an environment where no two days are the same, we’d love to hear from you.What You'll Do: Maintain shift records, including production, shipping, receiving, and quality documentation Support daily shipping operations by matching PO numbers, preparing Bills of Lading (BOLs), and coordinating outbound loads Communicate with supervisors, customer service, and transportation teams to support pickup and delivery schedules Monitor shipping and receiving activities to ensure timely service and escalate issues as needed Perform random quality inspections and report findings to the team Manage office and operational supplies inventory, and assist with ordering as needed Create, update, and maintain documents and files using Microsoft Office Support general administrative tasks, including mail handling, scanning, filing, and office coordination Assist with maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment Support plant operations and additional tasks as assigned What We Are Looking For: 1–3 years of experience in a plant, warehouse, logistics, or office support role Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and follow-through skills Working knowledge of shipping and receiving processes preferred Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Professional communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable handling confidential information Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel Flexible to work overtime or adjusted hours based on business needs Pay and Perks: Compensation: $24.00–$27.00/hour based on experience, skills, and qualifications Benefits: Tosca offers a comprehensive benefits package to our team members.
