Site Reliability Engineer

*Description*

The Lead Observability Engineer is responsible for establishing best-in-class observability practices as an expert in creating solutions using Dyna-Trace and other monitoring platforms.
*End-to-end execution and implementation of Dynatrace solutions in a complex customer environment
*Document design and implementation decisions in an effective manner for knowledge management
*Cross-train peers with tool usage
*Drive the creation of best practices
*Collaborate with multiple stakeholders, SMEs, and business advocates to drive enterprise solutions
*Present and demonstrate Application Performance Management solutions to peers, other teams, and leadership
*Must be able to troubleshoot and diagnose issues
*Hands-on expertise with other monitoring tools like Solarwinds, Splunk etc.
*Ability to build application metrics and dashboards
*Ability to interface with high-level application owners

*3-5 years of hands-on experience building solutions using Dyna-Trace (preferably in a SaaS tenant, AWS preferred)
*Bachelor's degree in information systems or equivalent experience
*Experience owning/independently managing enterprise observability solutions
*Experience with configuration and customization of Dynatrace that includes integration with other tools
*Experience with admin-level tasks - Alert configuration, Maintenance windows, Anomaly detection, changing thresholds, Custom event creation, Business
Events (bizevents), request attributes, OneAgent upgrade/install
*Knowledge of ITIL concepts and principles
*Familiarity with Azure, Service-Now, SolarWinds, Splunk, Databricks, and Agile a plus
