Picture starting your shift with a quick safety huddle, scanner in hand, and a clear list of orders to conquer. You’ll move through aisles with purpose—selecting items with precision, staging them for shipping or production, and teaming up with shipping, receiving, and production to keep everything on schedule. In this role, accuracy and momentum go hand-in-hand, and your attention to detail keeps customers thrilled and operations running smoothly.

• Pull customer orders accurately using pick sheets, handheld scanners, or warehouse systems.
• Transport materials and finished goods across the warehouse safely and efficiently.
• Stage products for shipping, production, or distribution based on priority.
• Verify counts, labels, and order details before anything moves forward.
• Jump in to load or unload trucks when needed.
• Keep your area clean, orderly, and audit-ready.
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures without compromise.
• Coordinate closely with shipping, receiving, and production to hit daily targets.
• Flag inventory discrepancies or product damage to supervisors right away.
• Operate pallet jacks and, when certified, forklifts to move product.

• Background in warehouse, picking, shipping, or manufacturing is preferred.
• Comfort working in a high-volume, fast-moving environment.
• Strong accuracy, organization, and focus on the details.
• Ability to follow instructions and work both independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with basic computer use or scanners is a plus.
• Consistent attendance and a strong work ethic.

• Standing, walking, bending, and lifting for the duration of the shift.
• Regularly lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Working in warehouse temperatures that can vary by season.
• Repeating physical motions safely and efficiently.
