Key Roles and Responsibilities: Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:• Technical Sales Support and Consulting: Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical expertise during sales calls, presentations, and product demonstrations, ensuring accurate representation and support of company products.and Custom Solutions: Understand and analyze client requirements, deliver tailored systems/applications solutions, answer customer inquiries, and build mini-applications to demonstrate feasibility.• Expertise and Continuous Improvement: Leverage in-depth knowledge of company products and industry expertise to optimize solutions, monitor performance, and stay updated with the latest trends and best practices.• Independent Work and Additional Support: Work independently with minimal supervision, provide pre-sales and post-sales support, train clients and internal teams, create detailed documentation, and collaborate with development teams to enhance product offerings.Job Contribution: An experienced professional, recognized as an expert, creatively resolving complex issues with broad and in-depth knowledge. Leads significant projects with strategic autonomy, influencing executive decisions. Mentors less experienced staff, implements long-term plans impacting the organization, and frequently collaborates with senior leadership. Supervisor: NoEducation/Experience: Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired. 5+ years of related experience.
