The Associate will argue motions in court, defend depositions, and draft pleadings. Qualifications Must have 2‑5 years of litigation experience Prefer experience in construction defect (will train as long as candidates have litigation experience) Excellent writing, advocacy, and analytical skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Able to manage a heavy workload with competing priorities Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
