Shifts available:

Monday - Friday 7:00AM - 3:30PM

Essential Duties:

• Routine inspection and testing of equipment and machinery to ensure everything is up to standard
• Plan and schedule maintenance repairs
• Perform maintenance of electrical systems (replace light bulbs and sockets, clean and repair circuit breaker panels)
• Perform routine maintenance around building
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance procedures
• Perform general maintenance tasks including landscaping, painting, and carpentry
• Maintain the inventory records for equipment and supplies

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years related experience
• Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
• Effective problem-solving abilities
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Able to multi-task
• Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) preferred
• Ability to show judgment and to work independently.
• High integrity and discretion required.

 

Language Skills:

• Must be able to read, write and speak English.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish a plus.

 

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

None

 

Physical Demands:

Ability to lift 30-50 lbs.; Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time; Ability to stoop, reach, push, pull & bend often.

 

Work Environment:

Office; Warehouse; Outdoors Environment
