Registered Nurse - Operating Room (OR RN) in Arvada, CO

Schedule:

• 7:00 am - 5:00 pm

Qualifications:

• Current RN license, in good standing
• BLS certification required
• Proven experience in Operating Room nursing
• Hands-on proficiency with Ortho and Spine surgeries
• Familiarity with robotic platforms: Davinci, Mako, Globus, and laparoscopic procedures
• Strong teamwork mindset and collaborative communication style
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced surgical setting
• Experience using Meditech EMR is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive perioperative nursing care during a variety of surgical procedures
• Circulate and/or scrub in 4 state-of-the-art ORs and 1 Endoscopy suite
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, techs, and fellow RNs to deliver exceptional patient care
• Maintain strict adherence to infection control, surgical asepsis, and safety standards
• Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and timely using Meditech
• Assist with onboarding and team support for new staff or travelers
• Uphold high standards of professionalism and a positive, cooperative attitude
