Product Manager

One of the country's largest entertainment and hospitality companies is searching for a Senior Product Manager to join their team in a hybrid capacity at their Orlando, FL headquarters. In this role you will drive innovation, product vision, and execution across mission-critical platforms within the logistics, medical, safety, and security ecosystems. Sitting at the nexus of technology and operational growth, you will champion initiatives that directly elevate both guest and crew experiences, partnering with cross-functional squads and executive leaders to translate ambitious ideas into reality. This exciting opportunity to shape mission-critical digital systems begins as an 18-month W2 contract with potential for extension , operating on a hybrid schedule (onsite 2 days per week on Mondays and Wednesdays, subject to change) in Orlando, FL . Responsibilities Formulate and execute outcome-driven product strategies, roadmaps, and vision across the logistics, safety, medical, and security digital portfolios. Partner with engineering, business operations, and executive leadership to align product objectives with high-value operational enhancements. Direct cross-functional engineering squads and third-party vendor teams to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery against scope and roadmap commitments. Deconstruct complex business concepts into detailed technical requirements, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria while managing continuous backlog refinement. Lead daily stand-ups and agile rituals, actively clearing roadblocks and driving priority alignment across technical and business partners. Harness qualitative feedback, user research, and data analytics to validate hypotheses and make evidence-based product decisions. Present strategic roadmaps, performance metrics, and feature milestones to leadership and key organizational stakeholders. Stay ahead of industry and emerging technology trends to continually uncover new opportunities for operational optimization. Skills & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 5+ years of dedicated product management experience delivering web- and mobile-based digital solutions within complex ecosystems. Proven ability to thrive and drive meaningful progress within fast-paced, ambiguous environments undergoing constant evolution. Excellent cross-functional leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilities across technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong investigative mindset with demonstrated experience leveraging analytics, user feedback, and testing to define product requirements. Solid command of modern product management frameworks, agile delivery practices, and product lifecycle methodologies. Extensive hands‑on experience defining Minimum Viable Products (MVPs), managing iterative release cycles, and administering backlogs in tools like Jira and Confluence. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical strategy to executive leadership. Demonstrated comfort coordinating with distributed team members across multiple global sites and time zones. Preferred Qualifications Hands‑on experience integrating and managing external vendor-built software platforms. Prior exposure to warehouse management systems, incident response platforms, or critical network infrastructure. Familiarity with enterprise SaaS environments, complex data pipelines, and API-heavy architecture roadmaps. Strong product intuition centered on crafting seamless, intuitive user journeys for both frontline operational staff and end guests. Practical understanding of hypothesis-driven experimentation and A/B testing methodologies. Active Agile, Scrum, or Product Owner certifications (e.g., CSPO, PSPO, CSM).
