Are you someone who enjoys meeting new people, thrives in a customer-focused environment, and has a knack for organization? Candlewood Suites Oak Harbor is looking for a friendly and dependable Front Desk Agent to be the welcoming face of our hotel. Located in beautiful Oak Harbor, WA, we pride ourselves on creating a warm, home-away-from-home experience for our guests.
What You'll Be DoingAs a Front Desk Agent, you'll play a key role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional stay. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting guests with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Managing check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately.
- Handling reservations and inquiries, both in person and over the phone.
- Assisting guests with any questions or requests to ensure their stay is comfortable.
- Coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs.
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with hotel policies.
We’re seeking someone approachable, detail-oriented, and passionate about providing excellent customer service. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed in this role:
- A positive attitude and strong communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills to manage reservations and guest records.
- No prior experience is required—just a willingness to learn and grow with us!
