Employnet is looking for an experienced Maintenance and repair mechanic. Job duties include assisting with facilities related preventative maintenance and repairs, performing preventative maintenance and repairing production equipment/machinery.

The ideal candidate should possess:

• Basic hand tools
• Fabrication experience (welding, machining, metal fabrication, and/or wood shop)
• The ability to work with power tools
• CA Driver's License
• The ability to climb ladders, crouch, kneel, lift up to 50LBS, and stand/be on foot for long periods of time
• A strong understanding of mechanical systems, such as: electrical motors, pneumatics, hydraulics, pumps, air compressors; in an industrial setting
• The ability to do moderate plumbing, HVAC, drywall install/repairs, painting, and EMT conduit
• A working understanding 120v/240v single phase electrical service
• A working understanding of View phone number on click.appcast.io phase electrical service
• An understanding of electrical components (fuses, sensors, relays, limit switches, etc) and how to diagnose issues with a multimeter
• The ability to perform elevated work (ladder and boom lift)
• Strong communication skills; both written and verbal - BILINGUAL A PLUS
• Strong troubleshooting/diagnostic skills across a large variety of types of equipment
• The ability to work overtime/outside of production hours as needed

Education: High school diploma or G.E.D minimum

Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 5:45AM-4:15PM with occasional overtime after hours, or Friday-Sunday, dependent on production needs.

Must pass drug screen and background check.
