Anza's vision is to help every utility-scale and DG buyer and developer make optimal design and procurement decisions.As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll design and build well-considered technical solutions across our full stack. You'll take ambiguous, complex requirements and turn them into shippable, maintainable software - owning features end to end from design through production.We're a growing company in a fast-moving industry, which means priorities shift, systems evolve, and the most valuable engineers are the ones who treat that as the job rather than a disruption. You'll raise the bar for engineering quality through your code, your reviews, and your influence on how we build.The problems are genuinely hard: helping customers instantly compare and optimize across a vast space of solar and storage products demands thoughtful architecture and careful modeling. We're cloud native (GCP), and our stack is TypeScript/JavaScript, Node.js, React, and PostgreSQL. We care deeply about developer experience and invest extensively in CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code. We expect our senior engineers to have demonstrated experience with some or all of this stack — and to be unafraid of the parts they haven't touched yet.We use LLMs heavily across our engineering workflows but we don't defer our thinking to the robots. The engineers who thrive here have embraced agentic engineering as a force multiplier while maintaining a deep, first-principles understanding of the code they ship.
