As a Residential Support Professional at Lutheran Social Services of Wisconsin and Upper Michigan (LSS), you will play a critical role in fulfilling our mission of promoting health, healing, and hope within the community. This position involves direct support and care to individuals in our residential community living programs, where we assist adults with disabilities, behavioral issues, or other challenges. You will enable our clients to live fulfilling lives by providing support in daily living activities, promoting independence, and fostering a safe and positive living environment consistent with the values and mission of LSS.
