So, everything we do at CNH Industrial is about reaching new heights as one team, always delivering for the good of our customers. #LI-AA2Job PurposeResponsible for ensuring overall form, fit, and function of new vehicle systems into a single complete system.Key ResponsibilitiesResponsible for executing system engineering best practices.Define and maintain product level feature specifications, system layout, and documentation.Work closely with platform architecture, vechicle control and hardware design teams to ensure maximum component scalability and modularity.Understand intended product end user needs.Assist in defining product vision and roadmap.Translate stakeholder needs to product requirements.Define system level features and decompose those requirements into individual subsystem definitions and requirements.Work across multiple engineering disciplines and development teams to coordinate system definition, design, and integration.Responsible for individual product design alignment with multi-product architectural strategy, tech levels and goals for commonality.Ensure product aligns with applicable standards.Work with product verification and validation to ensure system and components perform as needed.Experience RequiredBachelor’s degree in engineering or technical field with 5+ years of engineering experience. Preferred QualificationsExpereince in harnessing designExperience in cabling / connection schematic creation and interpretationExpereince with agricultural vehicles and agronomic activitiesPay TransparencyThe annual salary for this role is USD $106,725.00 - $163,645.00 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)For roles open across multiple locations, the salary range indicated refers to the primary location. If a different location is considered, the applicable salary range will be communicated to candidates prior to the first interview.
