About the Position

Job Title: ICU RN Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: ICU Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum 2 years of ICU and/or Stepdown experience required License: SC license or Compact license must be in hand prior to start Certifications: ACLS, BLS required, NIHSS preferred Must-Have: ICU and/or Stepdown experience is required. First-time travelers accepted with prior ICU and/or Stepdown experience. Description: This position is for an ICU Registered Nurse. Shifts are 3x12 hours during the night, from 7 PM to 7 AM. The role includes holiday rotation. Nurse-to-patient ratio is 1:4. Weekend work is required every other weekend. Floating within scope may be required to meet facility needs. No on-call duty is required. Candidates must have ACLS and BLS certifications. NIHSS certification is preferred. Must have experience in managing and caring for critically ill patients. Candidates should be proficient in various nursing skills and procedures. Travelers should be aware that during hurricane season, all employees may be assigned to emergency response teams. This is a travel assignment with no local applicants accepted. RTO must be included at the time of application.
