TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Labor/Delivery RN in Sioux City, Iowa, 51104!

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Labor & Delivery Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Nights Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: - Minimum of 2 years of previous Labor and Delivery experience required. - Circulating experience required. - High-risk experience required. - Experience within the previous year at larger high-volume delivery centers (200-300 deliveries/month) required. - High acuity experience required. License: - Active Iowa nursing license required. Certifications: - BLS (AHA) required. - ACLS (AHA) required. - AWHONN certification for fetal monitoring required. - NRP certification required. Must-Have: - Must be comfortable floating to postpartum 1-2 shifts a week. - Skills checklist must be specific to Labor and Delivery. - Professional reference from a charge nurse, supervisor, nurse manager, or director within 24 months preferred. - Driver's license required. Description: This role requires a registered nurse with expertise in Labor and Delivery. The nurse will provide and manage care to patients as a member of the interdisciplinary team. The nurse may be asked to float within the same discipline across local campuses. Ideal candidates will possess the necessary nursing skills and clinical knowledge. Candidates must have experience with high-risk patients and high acuity scenarios. Experience with EPIC STORK is preferred. The role includes contributing to the provision of quality care in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must demonstrate strong professional communication and teamwork skills. Availability to work nights and to float as needed is required.
