IPS Employment Specialist - Behavioral Health
Goodwill of Central Iowa
Goodwill of Central Iowa is seeking an Employment Specialist on the Behavioral Health Team to help participants find and maintain competitive employment. The role combines IPS principles with collaboration across behavioral health and vocational agencies, performing work at partner sites and GCI offices. You will manage a caseload, develop relationships with employers, assist with ISP planning, resume and application preparation, and provide on-site coaching and ongoing support while documenting #J-18808-Ljbffr Goodwill of Central Iowa
