Providing analytical support to the Compensation Team, the full-time Senior Compensation Partner will serve as the primary contact for compensation inquiries, conduct benchmarking analysis, and develop cost models while working remotely. Key responsibilities Act as the first point of contact for compensation questions from stakeholders Conduct annual and ad hoc benchmarking analysis to develop job profiles and pay ranges Participate in the administration of recurring compensation processes and support project needs Required qualifications 7+ years of progressive experience in compensation, including 3 years in a business partnering role Proven experience in developing salary structures and job evaluation methodologies Demonstrated experience managing short-term incentive programs for at least 3 years Strong analytical skills with the ability to build complex compensation models Experience leading compensation-related projects, such as job leveling initiatives
