Payroll Clerk

Job Title

Responsible for preparing payroll.

Support daily payroll activities, along with time and attendance for hourly employees.

Perform clerical duties, such as filing, sorting, organizing, and distributing materials.

Maintain general and confidential personnel files.

Organize and store term files and payroll files in storage area.

Process pay increases.

Prepare and review clock reports with supervisors for payroll processing.

Input deductions, direct deposits, etc.

Any other duties or special projects as assigned.

Requirements

1+ year experience processing payroll required; preferably within a large manufacturing facility.

Excellent technology and computer knowledge and experience.

Professional demeanor with ability to keep sensitive material to yourself.

Strong communication skills.

Bilingual (Spanish) communication skills preferred.
