What you'll do: Lead user research initiatives including interviews, surveys, and site visits to gather actionable insights that inform design strategies. Develop and refine user journeys, storyboards, and interaction designs to enhance overall user experience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align UX solutions with business objectives and customer needs. Design and prototype scalable, user-centered interfaces adhering to established design principles and platform guidelines. Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback to optimize product performance and satisfaction. Manage documentation of design specifications, patterns, and style guides to ensure consistency across projects. Mentor and guide team members to foster professional growth and maintain high-quality design standards.
