Part-Time Recruiting Assistant (Remote) We are seeking a Temporary Recruiting Assistant to support a leading youth sports organization with high-volume recruiting and onboarding efforts. This is an excellent opportunity for a college student, recent graduate, or early-career HR professional looking to gain hands‑on recruiting and HR experience while working remotely. If you're local, the office is located in Sylvan Lake, MI. Candidates who live outside the area may work remotely. Salary: $20/hour. Hours: 20–30 hours per week (4–5 days per week). Temporary Assignment: Now until end of Fall. Desired Candidates Currently in college or recently graduated. Have experience with I‑9 verification and onboarding processes. Have a basic HR, recruiting, or talent acquisition background. Are highly organized and detail‑oriented. Can manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. Key Responsibilities Posting and managing job openings. Scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communications. Processing offer letters, background checks, and onboarding paperwork. Supporting I‑9 verification and compliance activities. Maintaining employee records in HR systems. Assisting with seasonal hiring and recruiting operations. Previous HR internship, recruiting coordinator, HR assistant, onboarding coordinator, or talent acquisition support experience is highly preferred.
