First-time travelers are welcome to apply.\n Assignment Details\n Schedule: 3x12 or 4x12-hour shifts\n Minimum experience: 3 years of recent ER experience\n Indiana RN license must be active and in hand at submission\n Candidates must be willing to work charge\n Local candidates and Indiana residents are not eligible\n Floating is required to other units within the hospital or nearby affiliated facilities\n Required Experience and Skills\n At least Level II Trauma experience\n Combined adult and pediatric emergency care\n Dysrhythmia interpretation and management\n Phlebotomy and IV insertion\n Continuous IV sedation\n IV vasopressor administration\n Procedural sedation\n CPAP/BiPAP\n Care of ventilated patients\n Isolation precautions\n Certifications\n Required:\n BLS/BCLS\n ACLS\n PALS\n Preferred:\n NIHSS\n TNCC\n Unit Information\n 48-bed Emergency Department with the ability to flex up to 62 beds\n Standard ED staffing ratio does not exceed 1:4\n Progressive-care holds may have a 1:4 ratio\n Medical holds may have a 1:5 ratio\n The department averages approximately 6.6 behavioral health patients per day\n Maximum Healthcare Solutions Job ID #3439282.
