Title: Maintenance Mechanic
Location: Cambria, WI
Type: Direct Hire
Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and repair conveyors, pumps, motors, bearings, gearboxes, drives, and production/warehouse equipment.
Perform preventive maintenance and equipment inspections.
Support equipment installation, adjustments, changeovers, and improvements.
Perform welding, fabrication, and basic mechanical modifications.
Respond to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime.
Follow plant safety, GMP, food safety, and housekeeping requirements. Requirements:
Industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, agricultural, automotive, military, or similar maintenance experience.
Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.
Welding/fabrication experience.
Ability to work safely around industrial equipment.
Reliable attendance and strong teamwork.

Schedule: Warehouse 1st shift, 4:30 AM 2:00 PM. Production 6:00 PM 6:00 AM during pack season, transitioning to 1st shift after season.
