Warehouse Unloader/Loader – 2nd Shift

Location: Spring Hill, FL 34610
Schedule:  Monday – Friday, 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM

Pay Rate: $16/hr. - Weekly Pay

What You'll Do

• Unload products from inbound containers and stack them onto pallets according to designated arrangements.
• Apply destination labels to pallets and coordinate with warehouse clerks and forklift operators for proper movement and storage.
• Assist with maintaining product flow throughout the warehouse for stocking and transfers.
• Operate warehouse equipment as needed, including pallet wrappers, compactors, balers, and motorized conveyors.
• Work closely with warehouse managers, clerks, and forklift operators to ensure efficient operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment both inside and outside the warehouse.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience using a pallet jack.
• Basic math skills with the ability to accurately count and verify pallet quantities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to understand and follow vendor stock sheets and warehouse documentation.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse setting.
• Willingness to work overtime when needed.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move products averaging 40 pounds on a repetitive basis.
• Ability to work in varying warehouse conditions, including hot and cold temperatures.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift.
