Job Full Opportunity Brief Title: Legal Counsel Manager Category: Jobs Organiser: FirstBank Florida Description: FirstBank Florida is seeking a Legal Counsel Manager to oversee all legal activities and staff within the Florida Region. The successful candidate will provide legal counsel to management on operational, business, and administrative units, assist the General Counsel in managing legal risks, and perform comprehensive research on local and federal banking laws. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating commercial financing agreements, performing loan closings, managing relationships with outside counsel, and overseeing foreclosure litigation cases. Eligibility: Applicants must be graduates of an accredited law school with a minimum of ten years of increasingly responsible experience representing financial institutions. Candidates must be fully bilingual (English and Spanish) with strong analytical, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills.
