Part-Time Patient Technology Support SpecialistMake a Difference Every Day

Join the pCare Services team at Uniguest and help improve the hospital experience for patients and healthcare staff. As a Part-Time Onsite Support Technician , you'll be the friendly face of our technology, providing hands-on support that keeps patients connected and hospital staff equipped with the tools they need.

If you enjoy helping people, solving problems, and working independently in a healthcare environment, this is a great opportunity to combine customer service with light technical support.

From bedside TVs and patient entertainment systems to digital signage and video conferencing solutions, you'll play an important role in ensuring our technology works seamlessly and delivers an exceptional experience.

• Monday - 12pm-5pm
• Wednesday - 12pm-5pm
• Saturday 12pm-5pm

BronxCare Health System
1650 Grand Concourse, Bronx, NY 10457

• Tuesday 10am-1pm
• Friday 10am-1pm

What You'll Do

• Deliver outstanding customer service to patients and hospital staff.
• Help patients navigate and use bedside TVs and interactive technology.
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues and work with teammates to resolve more complex problems.
• Replace equipment such as TVs, pillow speakers, phones, and other patient-room devices.
• Perform light maintenance to keep systems operating smoothly.
• Complete basic computer documentation and service records accurately.
• Help ensure every patient has a positive technology experience during their hospital stay.
• All other duties as assigned.

What You'll Bring

• A passion for helping people and providing excellent customer service.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional attitude.
• Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
• Basic computer skills and comfort learning new technology.
• Basic troubleshooting or technical repair experience.
• At least one year of customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to install a 32-inch television on a wall mount.
• Experience using basic hand tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to travel to assigned hospital locations.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and climb a 6-foot ladder.
• Must meet hospital onboarding requirements, including required immunizations, health screenings, and COVID-19 vaccination.
