This is a permanent position that offers the opportunity to work with a diverse team dedicated to ensuring the highest standards of product quality. The Quality Technician II will play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for excellence by implementing quality control measures, interpreting engineering drawings, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams. Responsibilities Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure consistent implementation of quality standards across all operations. Follow work instructions diligently to uphold the highest level of quality. Read and interpret engineering drawings and radiographs to understand product specifications and detect deviations. Collect and compile statistical quality data to identify areas for improvement and monitor the effectiveness of quality control measures. Train the production team on quality control measures, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and product excellence. Review blueprints and specifications, comparing them to produced goods to ensure conformance to design and quality standards. Implement corrective actions promptly to address any issues that may affect product quality. Participate in kaizen events to drive continuous improvement and efficiency in our processes. Qualifications A minimum of 2 years of experience in a Quality Technician role in the manufacturing industry. Proven experience in cross‑functional collaboration, ability to follow work instructions, and reading and interpreting engineering drawings and radiographs. Experience in collecting and compiling statistical quality data. Strong knowledge of quality control measures and the ability to train others. Proficiency in reviewing blueprints and specifications and comparing them to produced goods. Proven ability to implement corrective actions to address quality issues. Experience in participating in kaizen events or similar continuous improvement initiatives. Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and analytical skills. High attention to detail and a commitment to product excellence. A relevant certification in Quality Assurance or a related field would be an advantage.
