Base pay range $45.00/hr - $85.00/hr Organization: Mercor Position: First-Line Supervisors of Retail Sales Workers Referral Partner: Crossing Hurdles Type: Hourly Contract Compensation: $45–$85/hour Location: Remote Commitment: 10–40 hours/week Role Responsibilities (Training support will be provided) Use professional retail leadership experience to create realistic workflow scenarios and questions. Review and refine role‑specific content to ensure accuracy and practical relevance. Provide written insights grounded in real daily responsibilities and decision‑making. Work asynchronously and adapt to evolving project guidelines. Requirements Strong experience working full‑time as a First‑Line Supervisor of Retail Sales Workers. Must be based in the U.S., U.K., or Canada. Ability to commit at least 15 hours/week. Must use a desktop or laptop computer (Chromebooks not supported).
