Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Speech Language Pathologist Discipline: Therapy Start Date: 07/13/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Focus Staff is seeking a traveling Speech Language Pathologist to provide speech therapy services, including evaluation and treatment for patients from pediatric to older adults based on diagnosed conditions. Critical thinking and the ability to respond quickly to emergencies are also required. Requirements Proven experience as a Speech Language Pathologist. Graduate of a master’s-level program in Speech Language Pathology accredited by the Education Standards Board or meeting ASHA certification requirements. Must possess independent decision‑making skills. Excellent communication skills with staff, physicians, patients, and families. Work Experience: At least 2 years of SLP experience. Responsibilities Provide therapy to maximize speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing abilities of patients. Communicate patient progress or problems to supervisors and other team members; assist with patient scheduling and post-charges daily to patient records. Document patient care in accordance with regulatory, licensing, payer, and accrediting requirements. Handle job responsibilities in accordance with the Company’s Code of Business Conduct, the Corporate Compliance Agreement, appropriate professional standard, and applicable state/federal laws.
