Principal Compensation Analyst - Market Intelligence & Analytics, Data Centers

We are seeking an experienced compensation professional to join our Data Center Compensation team and support the continued growth of our global data center footprint. In this role, you will lead market intelligence and compensation analytics across a diverse, rapidly evolving workforce. You will combine external labor market insights with internal data to identify talent trends and risks, assess our competitive position, and develop actionable recommendations for Compensation, HR, Recruiting, and business leaders.
