What You’ll Do Handle a broad range of litigation matters from inception through trial Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery Take and defend depositions Appear in court and argue motions Work directly with clients and play a visible role in case strategy Collaborate with a supportive, experienced litigation team This is not a back-room research role—you’ll be front and center with clients and in the courtroom. What We’re Looking For 2–5 years of civil litigation experience Experience across all phases of litigation (trial experience is a strong plus) Strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills Ability to manage cases and deadlines with increasing independence A client-first mindset and commitment to excellent service Why BPE Law Group We’ve built a culture that balances high performance with sustainability.
