Descripción
El Director de Operaciones será responsable de la administración integral de un complejo operativo de gran escala, incluyendo infraestructura, mantenimiento, remodelaciones, seguridad, proveedores, contratistas y coordinación de eventos, garantizando la continuidad operativa y la experiencia de los usuarios.
Perfil buscado
- Licenciatura terminada.
- Mínimo 8 años de experiencia en posiciones de operaciones o facilities management.
- Experiencia liderando operaciones complejas e infraestructura de gran escala. Por ejemplo clubs deportivos, hoteles, instituciones educativas, estados/arenas.
- Experiencia gestionando contratistas, proveedores y proyectos de remodelación.
- Capacidad para relacionarse con autoridades gubernamentales y organismos externos.
- Experiencia liderando equipos multidisciplinarios.
- Inglés intermedio.
