Zone Administrator - Lot Operations Specialist II (Manheim)

Lot Operations Specialist II Location: Must work at a specified Cox location. No remote option. Compensation: $16.63 – $24.90 per hour, with potential additional commission or incentive. Job Responsibilities Organize and maintain the placement of vehicles within the designated zone or move area per lot operations leadership standard. Utilize daily data from Supervisor and Lot Ops dashboards to make move decisions and stage assigned zone area. Continuously improve safety and efficient movement of vehicles in/out of assigned zone area. Move and stage vehicles safely, eliminate multiple drop‑off points and inefficiencies. Confirm all vehicles operate safely; engage service or tow truck when inoperable. Label vehicles with sale and routing labels to maintain accurate movements. Communicate with crew leaders and managers regarding inventory levels and prioritize moves accordingly. Model Cox/Manheim values and safety commitment, enforce company policies and procedures. Perform other duties as assigned by management; overtime may be required. Qualifications Minimum of a high school diploma/GED and 3 years experience in a related field, or equivalent degree/certification and any level qualification. 5 years experience in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Valid driver’s license; safe driver required. Ability to drive vehicles with standard and automatic transmission. Basic mechanical knowledge (flat tires, low gas, jump‑starting vehicles). Ability to stand for prolonged periods and lift 1–15 pounds. Knowledge of lot operations/lot layout and LDM preferred. Schedule Sunday – Thursday 7:30am – 3:30pm; Wednesday 7:30am – 4:30pm. Work Environment Constant exposure to outdoor weather conditions, moderate noise level. Drug Testing Pre‑employment drug test required. No marijuana testing for this position; workplace is drug‑free.
