About the company
- Build the product marketing function from 0 to 1, defining positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for the company's core accounting, tax, and audit products
- Craft the narratives, decks, and demo storylines that help the sales team win faster with enterprise and accounting firm buyers
- Drive brand awareness and thought leadership during a critical window as competitors begin to emerge
- Develop high-leverage sales enablement content, including case studies, ROI calculators, and product videos that fuel the sales funnel
- Own competitive intelligence and partner with product teams to launch new features with sharp market positioning
- 5+ years in product marketing, with demonstrable experience building a PMM function from scratch at a high-growth startup (not inherited from an existing team)
- B2B SaaS or fintech background, with a strong understanding of enterprise buying cycles and financial software buyers
- Comfort translating complex, technical products into compelling business value for non-technical audiences
- A track record of measurable impact from positioning, sales enablement, or competitive intelligence work
- $150,000 to $225,000 base, plus competitive equity
- New York City (Flatiron), five days a week in office; relocation assistance available
