- Product Specialist/ Powersports SalesDAMV Victorville - Victorville, CA 92395## OverviewSalary Range$35,000.00 - $85,000.00 Base+Commission/yearLevelExperienced## Description### **Product Specialist**Leading power sports dealership in Orange County is looking for a Motorcycle Salesman with experience in the Powersports Industry. This dealership has a reputation built on quality work, and we are in search of hiring a like-minded individual. Candidates must be honest, self-driven, results-oriented, with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on the highest of customer service standards. This is your chance to join a team who is leading the industry with our fun, friendly work environment and offering fantastic income opportunities to the right candidate.**Essential Functions:*** Greet and handle customers in a professional and friendly manner exhibiting the highest level of customer service* Track all customers and leads in CRM* Meet minimum sales goal requirement* Consistently enhance skills and product knowledge, completing all available OEM Web based training programs* Work with Sales Manager and F&I Manager to ensure clear communication and smooth client experience* Assist in planning, set-up, and participate in marketing show room floor, exhibits, and displays**Schedule:**Schedule is Tuesday to Saturday.
