Physical Therapist - Rehabilitation

Schedule: Days, 8 hours per shift

Assignment Details: Contract Length: 13 weeks

Requirements: OK State License, 1 year of PT experience (required), LTC or Rehab experience (required), New Grads accepted with Level II experience

Roles & Responsibilities: Screen, evaluate, and rehabilitate patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care; develop appropriate plans of care following regulatory and clinical practice standards. Utilize standardized assessments and evidence-based practices to support clinical interventions and adjust treatments based on patient progress. Administer various rehabilitation procedures including manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and wound care. Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, and other service providers regarding physical disorders. Communicate effectively with health team members about patient progress and treatment plans. Document all required information accurately in the electronic documentation system and maintain patient records. Participate in required meetings and trainings, and supervise physical therapist assistants and students as needed.
