Business Development CoordinatorAutomotive Internet Representative | Neil Huffman Honda of Frankfort

$18.00/hour + Benefits

Are you a great communicator who enjoys helping people and staying organized? Neil Huffman Honda of Frankfort is looking for a friendly, dependable Business Development Coordinator / Automotive Internet Representative to join our team.

As one of the first points of contact for our customers, you'll play an important role in creating a great experience from the very first phone call, email, or online inquiry.

This is a customer service and appointment-setting position - NOT a vehicle sales position.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a friendly and professional manner
• Respond promptly to internet leads, emails, and online inquiries
• Answer customer questions and provide accurate information
• Schedule sales appointments and coordinate with our showroom team
• Follow up with customers by phone, email, and voicemail
• Maintain accurate customer information and activity in our CRM
• Complete basic quotes and administrative tasks
• Ensure every customer receives timely and professional follow-up

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Excellent customer service skills and a professional phone presence
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable
• Ability to multitask and manage customer follow-up efficiently
• Comfortable using computers, email, and phone systems
• Experience with CRM systems such as DealerSocket is a plus
• Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel is preferred
• Automotive dealership experience is helpful, but not required

WHAT A TYPICAL DAY LOOKS LIKE

You'll start your day reviewing new and overnight customer inquiries and organizing your follow-ups. Throughout the day, you'll communicate with customers by phone and email, schedule appointments, update the CRM, and work closely with our sales team to make sure customers receive the information and attention they need.

It's a fast-paced position where organization, communication, and great customer service make all the difference.

SCHEDULE

Monday – Friday
Occasional Saturdays may be required as needed.
